Ella Eyre announces new single details

Ella Eyre has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Deeper” as the lead single from her upcoming extended play of the same name.

The highly-anticipated project will be released on 22 December via EMI Music Group / Virgin Records.

Eyre is known for appearing on the Rudimental’s hit single “Waiting All Night,” which debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart. She also featured on Naughty Boy’s new single “Think About It” along with Wiz Khalifa.

Her as-yet-untitled debut album will boast productions and songwriting contributions from Richard “Biff” Stannard (Leona Lewis, Kylie Minogue), Iain James (Little Mix, Emeli Sande), Fraser T. Smith (Nelly Furtado, Rebecca Ferguson) and Christian “Crada” Kalla (Drake, Tinie Tempah).

Ledisi confirms new album ‘The Truth’

Ledisi has confirmed the details for her upcoming album.

The singer/songwriter dubbed her new collection “The Truth” and will release it on February 11 via Universal / Verve Music Group.

Lead single “I Blame You” – available for download via iTunes – was written by regular collaborators Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony.

Other album contributors include Angela Hunte, Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis, Carvin “ Ransum” Haggins and Ivan “Orthodox” Barias.

“The Truth” serves as the follow-up to 2011’s “Pieces of Me.” That release debuted at number eight on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Leona Lewis unveils artwork for new single ‘One More Sleep’

Leona Lewis has unveiled the official artwork for her new single online.

“One More Sleep” marks the first promotional single from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming album, “Christmas, With Love,” out on December 3 via Sony Music Entertainment / Syco Music / RCA Records.

The track – available for download from November 5 via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was written by Leona Lewis along with Richard “Biff” Stannard, Iain “Sparx” James, Jez Ashurst and Bradford Ellis.

Other musicians backing the “Lovebird” star on “Christmas, With Love” are Autumn Rowe (The Saturdays, Cover Drive), Jon Levine (Anjulie, Cher Lloyd), Camille Purcell (JLS, Little Mix) and Lauren Christy (Neon Hitch, Britney Spears).

MNEK signs new deal with EMI Music Group / Virgin Records

MNEK

MNEK has signed a new deal with EMI Music Group / Virgin Records, which is home to artists including Emeli Sande, Naughty Boy, and David Guetta.

The British singer, songwriter and producer – born Uzoechi Emenike – has recently contributed to songs by Rudimental (“Spoons”), Duke Dumont (“Hold On”), DEVolution (“Too Much Heaven”) and Sub Focus (“Close”).

Some of his notable production work includes “Bad 4 U” by Tanika [Virgin Records], “Home Run” by Misha B [Relentless Records] and “Nothing Feels like You” by Little Mix [Syco Music / Columbia Records].

Other artists MNEK has collaborated with include Foxes [RCA Records], Charli XCX [Atlantic Records], A*M*E [Epic Records], The Saturdays [Fascination Records] and Mutya Keisha Siobhan [Polydor Records].

Blood Orange debuts new song ‘You’re Not Good Enough’

Blood Orange has debuted a new song online.

“You’re Not Good Enough” is taken from the artist’s upcoming album, “Cupid Deluxe,” out on November 11 via Domino Records.

As a music producer, Blood Orange – born Devonte Hynes – has collaborated with the likes of Florence Welch [Island Records], Kylie Minogue [Parlophone Records] and Sasha Keable [Disturbing London].

Some of his notable credits include “Everything is Embarrassing” by Sky Ferreira [Capitol Records], “Losing You” by Solange Knowles [Saint Records] and “Flatline” by Mutya Keisha Siobhan [Polydor Records].

“Cupid Deluxe” serves as the follow-up to 2011’s “Coastal Grooves,” which featured singles including “Sutphin Boulevard” and “Champagne Coast.”

Naughty Boy is out with the music video for his new single online.

“Think About It” – which features Wiz Khalifa & Ella Eyre – marks the fourth promotional single from the producer’s debut album, “Hotel Cabana,” out now via EMI Music Group / Virgin Records.

The track – available for download from November 17 via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was written by Shahid “Naughty Boy” Khan along with Andrea Martin, James Murray, Mustafa Omer, and Luke Juby.

“Hotel Cabana” boasts further guest appearances from Emeli Sande [Capitol Records], Gabrielle [Island Records], Tanika Bailey [Virgin Records], Maiday [Interscope Records] and Ed Sheeran [Atlantic Records].

Al Sherrod Lambert and Harmony “H-Money” Samuels have graced the upcoming as-yet-untitled sophomore album by Elle Varner, out soon via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The songwriting and production duo are known for collaborating with the likes of Fantasia Barrino (“Without Me”), Ariana Grande (“The Way”), Marcus Canty (“Tonight”) and Jennifer Hudson (“Think Like a Man”).

Other notable songwriting credits by Al Sherrod Lambert include “All Said and Done” by Jamie Foxx [RCA Records], “25/8” by Mary J. Blige [Geffen Records], “Kiss Me Hello” by Jessica Mauboy [Sony Music Australia].

Meanwhile, Harmony “H-Money” Samuels has confirmed placements on the next albums by Adrian Marcel [Republic Records], Michelle Williams [eOne Music] and Jasmine Villegas [Interscope Records].

Varner’s first album “Perfectly Imperfect” has debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also delivered hit singles including “Only Wanna Give it To You (featuring J. Cole),” “Refill,” and “Oh What a Night.”

Ariana Grande has premiered the music video for her new single online.

“Right There” marks the third promotional single from the artist’s debut album, “Yours Truly,” out now via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

The Big Sean-assisted track – which samples “Crush on You” by Lil Kim – was written by Ariana Grande along with Carmen Reece, Joseph “Lonny” Bereal, James “J-Doe” Smith, Al Sherrod Lambert and Harmony “H-Money” Samuels.

As previously reported, Grande is currently working on her upcoming sophomore album.  The as-yet-untitled project is currently scheduled for release in early 2014.

Gabrielle debuts music video for new single ‘Say Goodbye’

Gabrielle has debuted the music video for her new single online.

“Say Goodbye” marks the first promotional single from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming compilation, “Now and Forever: 20 Years of Dreaming,” out on November 18 via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The track was produced by Reginald “Syience” Perry, who also teamed up with the artist on album tracks “Knew Me” and “Holing On for You.”

Other artists that Syience has collaborated with include Beyonce [Columbia Records], Marsha Ambrosius [RCA Records], Cheryl Cole [Polydor Records], Delilah [Atlantic Records] and Mary J. Blige [Geffen Records].

“Now and Forever features additional new songs including “It Takes Time” and “Show Me What You Got,” as well as productions from Richard Stannard (James Arthur, Leona Lewis) and Naughty Boy (Tinie Tempah, Laura Mvula).

“Thunder” marks the third promotional single from the British singer/songwriter’s sophomore album, “Alive,” out now via Lava / Republic Records.

The track was written by Jessie J along with Claude Kelly (Brandy, Whitney Houston), Benjamin Levin (Rihanna, Katy Perry) and Stargate: Tor Erik Hermansen & Mikkel Storleer Eriksen (Usher, Emeli Sande).
