American singer/songwriter Johnta Austin has released his new single online.

“Love Angel” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Taken from Austin’s debut album “Love, Sex & Religion,” which will arrive on August 2nd via Empire, “Love Angel” was produced by Troy Taylor (Brian McKnight, Trey Songz) and Jerren “J-Kits” Spruill (Tank, K. Michelle).

As a songwriter, Austin is responsible for co-writing Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together,” Toni Braxton’s “Just Be a Man About It,” Aaliyah’s “Miss You,” Mary J. Blige’s “Be Without You,” Janet Jackson’s “Call on Me,” Fantasia’s “Hood Boy,” Jessica Simpson’s “A Public Affair,” and Melanie Fiona’s “This Time.”

Austin’s extensive resume boasts additional works with top producers including Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox, Teddy Bishop, No I.D., Jazze Pha, Warryn Campbell, Greg Kurstin, Oak Felder, Pop Wansel, Swizz Beatz, Rodney Jerkins, Andre Harris, Vidal Davis, Rich Harrison, Eric Hudson, and Stargate.

Tori Kelly has revealed the details for her upcoming album.

The American singer, songwriter and record producer (born Victoria Loren Kelly) christened her next studio collection “Inspired by True Events” and will release it on August 9 via Schoolboy Records / Capitol Records.

Current promotional single “Sorry Would Go A Long Way” – which was co-written by Bruno Major and produced by Jimmy Napes – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly yields additional alliances with Fred Cox, Tayla Parx, Oak Felder, Emily Warren, Wayne Hector, Fabienne Holloway, Stephan Moccio, Natasha Bedingfield, Knightstarr, Lucy “Pawws” Taylor, Noel Zancanella, JHart, Nate Campany, Kyle Shearer, and Mojam Music.

Ellie Goulding unleashes Juice WRLD-assisted single “Hate Me”

Ellie Goulding has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Hate Me” – featuring Juice WRLD – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Goulding alongside Starrah (Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry) and Andrew Watt (Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes).

Production duties on “Hate Me” were handled by Jason Evigan and The Monsters & Strangerz, who are also responsible for Fifth Harmony’s “Lonely Night,” Jason Derulo’s “Cheyenne,” Selena Gomez’s “Forget Forever,” Demi Lovato’s “Never Been Hurt,” and Zendaya’s “Butterflies.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Goulding’s upcoming fourth studio collection – featuring previous singles “Close to Me” (with Diplo) and “Sixteen” – later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Madonna premieres Jonas Akerlund-directed video for new single “God Control”

Madonna has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “God Control” was posted to the American singer, songwriter and record producer’s Vevo channel on Wednesday (June 26, 2019).

It was helmed by Swedish music video director Jonas Akerlund, whose previous credits include Lady Gaga’s “Telephone,” Beyonce’s “Hold Up,” Taylor Swift’s “New Romantics,” Kesha’s “Praying,” Britney Spears’ “Hold It Against Me,” and David Guetta’s “When Love Takes Over.”

Produced by Mirwais Ahmadzaï and Mike Dean, “Gid Control” appears on Madonna’s latest studio collection, “Madame X,” which is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Having debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart, “Madame X” features further productions and songwriting contributions from Pharrell Williams, Starrah, Jeff Bhasker, Diplo, Jason Evigan, and Billboard.

Nina Nesbitt has recorded new music with Samuel Preston and Youthonix.

Preston previously co-wrote “Is It Really Me You’re Missing” for Nesbitt alongside George Tizzard and Richard Parkhouse of UK songwriting/production duo Red Triangle. Preston’s other credits include Olly Murs’ “Heart Skips a Beat,” Liam Payne’s “Slow,” and Arlissa’s “Hard to Love Somebody.”

Meanwhile, Youthonix previously co-wrote and produced songs for Craig David (“Talking About”), Matoma (“One in a Million”), Little Mix (“Touch”), Olivia Holt (“Distance”), Raleigh Ritchie (“I Can Change”), Tanika (“Uphill Battle”), Leona Lewis (“Headlights”) and HRVY (“I Wish You Were Here”).

Nesbitt’s sophomore studio collection, “The Sun Will Come Up, the Seasons Will Change,” peaked to number twenty-one on the UK Albums Chart and spawned four singles in the shape of “The Moments I’m Missing,” “The Best You Had,” “Somebody Special,” “Loyal to Me” and “Colder.”

Diana Gordon has teamed with Billy Walsh for a new collaboration.

Gordon previously provided guest vocals on the track “Uh Huh,” which was released in 2017 by music duo Somewhere Else (composed of Walsh and Canadian record producer Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese).

Walsh is also responsible for co-writing Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” The Weeknd’s “Die for You,” Camila Cabello’s “Real Friends,” Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart,” Emeli Sande’s “Starlight,” Khalid’s “Stay,” Tinashe’s “Party Favors,” and Majid Jordan’s “Something About You.”

Meanwhile, Gordon’s most recent promotional single “The Hard Way” – which was co-written by Jennifer Decilveo and collectively produced by Tim Anderson and Chris Spilfogel – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

As a songwriter, Gordon has penned songs for Beyonce (“Sorry”), Mary J. Demi Lovato has reunited with Oak Felder for a new collaboration.

Felder previously produced and co-wrote “Sorry Not Sorry” for Lovato alongside Sean Douglas, Trevor Brown and Zaire Koalo. Taken from Lovato’s sixth studio collection, 2017’s “Tell Me You Love Me,” the track peaked to number six on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Felder’s recent credits include Sabrina Carpenter’s “Pushing 20,” Lizzo’s “Like a Girl,” The Chainsmokers’ “Who Do You Love,” Alina Baraz’s “I Don’t Even Know Why Though,” Oliver Heldens’ “Fire in My Soul,” Calum Scott’s “Stop Myself (Only Human),” and Alessia Cara’s “Growing Pains.”

Having signed a new management deal with Scooter Braun, Lovato is expected to release her upcoming seventh album later this year via Island Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly features further contributions from Chris Loco (Diana Gordon, Justine Skye), Harloe (Fletcher, Kara Marni), Sarah Hudson (Katy Perry, Rita Ora), Sebastian Kole (Usher, Kelly Rowland).

Mariah Carey has teased a new collaboration with Usher.

“Have you ever felt so enamored baby (that’s how much I love you)” If you don’t know it, listen to Rainbow! @Usher,” the American singer, songwriter and producer posted to Instagram on Wednesday (June 27, 2019).

The pair previously teamed up on the Jermaine Dupri and Bryan Michael Cox-produced “How Much,” taken from Carey’s seventh album, 1999’s “Rainbow,” which peaked to number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Carey’s most recent studio collection “Caution” – featuring singles “GTFO,” “The Distance,” With You,” “A No No” – is now available via Epic Records.

Meanwhile, Usher is expected to release his upcoming ninth album, tentatively entitled “Confessions 2,” later this year via RCA Records.

The highly-anticipated project serves as the follow-up to “Inner Monologue Part 1,” which featured productions from Ian Kirkpatrick (“Anxiety”), Frank Dukes (“Into You”), Benjamin Rice (“Deep”) and RKCB (“What a Time”).

On the new collection, Michaels has collaborated with Jesse Shatkin (Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez), Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa, Katy Perry), Louis Bell (Halsey, Post Malone), Justin Tranter (Ariana Grande, Sara Bareilles), Scott Harris (Jason Mraz, Alec Benjamin) and Jorgen Odegard (Pink, Imagine Dragons).

Kosovar-American singer-songwriter Njomza Vitia, known mononymously as Njomza, has released her new promotional single online.

“No One is Spared” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Amazon, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “No One is Spared” were collectively handled by Blair Taylor (2 Chainz, Travis Scott) and Dot Da Genius (Kid Cudi, Jhene Aiko).

Njomza’s upcoming project – which serves as the follow-up to 2018’s “Vacation” – is expected to arrive later this year via Since the 80s / Motown Records.

As a songwriter, Njomza recently co-wrote “7 Rings” for Ariana Grande alongside Victoria Monet, Tayla Parx and Kimberly “Kaydence” Krysiuk. The track- which was collectively produced by Tommy Brown, Charles Anderson and Michael Foster – topped the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.
