Banks unveils artwork for new album “III”

Banks has unveiled the artwork for her upcoming third album.

The American singer/songwriter (born Jillian Banks) has christened her third studio collection “III” and will release it on July via Harvest Records.

Lead promotional single “Gimme” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts contributions from Hudson Mohawke (Kanye West, Christina Aguilera), Kito (Tinashe, Jorja Smith), BJ Burton (Lizzo, Francis & The Lights), Trey Campbell (VanJess, Bebe Rexha), Kevin Garrett (Beyonce, Justine Skye) and Buddy Ross (Frank Ocean, Vampire Weekend).

Banks’ most recent studio collection, 2016’s “The Altar,” peaked to number seventeen on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Fuck with Myself,” “Gemini Feed,” “Mind Games” and “To the Hilt.”

Kelis enlists MNEK, LOXE for new collaboration

American singer/songwriter Kelis Rogers, known mononymously as Kelis, has enlisted MNEK and LOXE for a new collaboration.

Born Uzoechi Emenike, MNEK is known for co-writing/producing Christina Aguilera’s “Deserve,” Jojo’s “Good Thing,” Alex Newell’s “Basically Over You,” Karen Harding’s “Say Something,” Craig David’s “Change My Love,” Little Mix’s “Touch,” Zara Larsson’s “Ain’t My Fault,” and Dua Lipa’s “IDGAF.”

Meanwhile, LOXE (born Rowan Perkins) had previously co-written and produced songs for Nao (“Love Supreme”), Jaz Karis (“Doubt My Love”), Chelou (“Out of Sight”), Tsar B (“Brazil”), Ariel (“We Bring Our Friends”), Jvck James (“Fears”), Vanessa Elisha (“Butter”) and MAAD (“Y.O.U”).

Kelis’s most recent studio collection, 2014’s “Food,” debuted at number six on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned two singles in the shape of “Jerk Ribs” and “Rumble.”

She also provided guest vocals on the track “Back and Forth,” taken from Italian DJ Giorgio Moroder’s fourteenth album, “Deja Vu,” out now via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Bebe Rexha teams up with The Chainsmokers for new single “Call You Mine”

Bebe Rexha has teamed with The Chainsmokers for their new promotional single “Call You Mine,” which will arrive on May 31 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Taken from The Chainsmoker’s upcoming album “World War Joy,” the track was written by Ali Tamposi (Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato), Andrew Watt (Rita Ora, Charlie Puth) and Steve Mac (Mabel McVey, Ed Sheeran).

Rexha’s debut studio collection, 2018’s “Expectations,” debuted at number thirteen on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “I’m a Mess,” “I Got You,” “Ferrari” and “Mean to Be.”

Katy Perry announces new single “Never Really Over”

Katy Perry has announced the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Never Really Over” as her next promotional cut and will release it on May 31 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Leah Haywood and Daniel James of Dreamlab alongside Hayley Warner (Calum Scott, Tori Kelly), Farrago (Jojo, Selena Gomez) and Zedd (Maren Morris, Ariana Grande).

Perry’s most recent studio collection, 2017’s “Witness,” debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned three singles in the shape of “Chained to the Rhythm,” “Bon Appetit” and “Swish Swish.”

Little Mix confirm new single “Bounce Back”

Little Mix have announced the details for their new single.

The British girl group – composed of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – christened “Bounce Back” as their next promotional cut under Sony Music Entertainment UK / RCA Records.

The track was co-written by actress and singer Jude Demorest, whose previously co-wrote Fifth Harmony’s “Work from Home” (featuring Ty Dolla Sign) and “Down” (featuring Gucci Mane).

Production duties on “Bounce Back” were handled by Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen of Stargate, who are also responsible for Sam Smith’s “Dancing With a Stranger” (featuring Normani), Jennifer Lopez’s “Medicine,” Khalid’s “Better,” and Charli XCX’s “Blame it On Your Love” (featuring Lizzo).

Little Mix’s last studio collection “LM5” – featuring singles “Woman Like Me” and “Think About Us” – debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart and peaked at number forty on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

“Lips Don’t Lie” – featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie –  is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Brooke alongside Madison Love (Camila Cabello, Zara Larsson), Oscar “OZGO” Gorres (Britney Spears, Carly Rae Jepsen) and Elof Loelv (Tove Styrke, Katy Perry).

As mentioned in various media outlets, Brooke’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous single “Low Key” (which was helmed by Ian Kirpatrick, Julian Bunetta, Scott Harris, John Ryan, Teddy Geiger and Joe London) – is expected to arrive later this year via Latium / Atlantic Records.

Louise Redknapp has released her new promotional single online.

“Small Talk” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Georgia Ku (Dua Lipa, Rita Ora), Iain James (Emeli Sande, Leona Lewis) and Tom Meredith (Anne-Marie, Guy Sebastian).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Louise’s upcoming studio collection “Heavy Love” – featuring previous single “Stretch” – is scheduled to arrive on October 18th via Warner Music Group / Lil Lou Records.

Among the producers expected to appear on the album are Francis “Eg” White, Sky Adams, Jim Duguid, Michael Angelo, Ollie Green, Lostboy, Phil Cook, Jez Ashurst, LDN Noise, Bradford Ellis, Jonny Hockings, and Clean Bandit.

Amber Denise Streeter, known by her professional name Sevyn Streeter, has teamed up with Darhyl “DJ” Camper for a new collaboration.

The American record producer previously worked with Tamar Braxton (“Love & War”), Mary J. Blige (“Thick of It”), Ne-Yo (“Good Man”), Jessie J (“Not My Ex”), Trey Songz (“Pretty Girl’s Lie”), Christina Aguilera (“Masochist”), Mariah Carey (“Dedicated”) and Keyshia Cole (“Trust & Believe”).

Meanwhile, Streeter is scheduled to release her sophomore album “Drunken Wordz x Sober Thoughtz” – featuring current promotional single “Yernin” – later this year via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly yields additional alliances with Hitmaka, Gabrielle “Goldie” Nowee, Jean Baptiste Kouame, Stacy Barthe, RoccStar, Dewain Whitmore, J. Que, Micah Powell, and Jeremiah Raisen.

Camila Cabello has reunited with Ali Tamposi for a new collaboration.

Tamposi previously co-wrote “Havana” for Cabillo alongside Starrah, Pharrell Williams, Brian Lee, Andrew Watt, Louis Bell, and Frank Dukes. The Young Thung-featuring track topped the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Tamposi’s songwriting resume boasts additional works with Rita Ora (“Only Want You”), Beyonce (“Save the Hero”), Justin Bieber (“Let Me Love You”), Selena Gomez (“It Ain’t Me”), Hailee Steinfeld (“Let Me Go”), Demi Lovato (“Never Been Hurt”) and Kelly Clarkson (“What Doesn’t Kill You”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Cabello’s sophomore album – featuring further contributions from Amy Wadge and Sam Romans – is expected to arrive later this year via Syco Music / Epic Records.

Cabello also appears on the track “Find U Again,” taken from Mark Ronson’s upcoming fifth studio collection, “Late Night Feelings,” which will drop on June 21 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.
