SZA teams up with The Neptunes for new single “Hit Different”

American singer/songwriter Solana Rowe, professionally known as SZA, has delivered her new single online.

“Hit Different” – which was produced by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo of The Neptunes and features guest vocals from Ty Dolla $ign – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, Google Music and all other digital streaming platforms.

SZA’s upcoming sophomore album – which reportedly features additional contributions from Timbaland, Sia, Jack Antonoff, Brockhampton, and Sam Smith – is expected to arrive later this year via Top Dawg Entertainment / RCA Records.

Teyana Taylor unwraps artwork, tracklisting for new album

Teyana Taylor has unwrapped the artwork and tracklisting for her new album.

The American singer/songwriter will release her third studio collection, “The Album,” on 19 June 2020 via Def Jam Recordings.

Current single “Wake Up Love” – which was collectively produced by Carl “Cardiak” Cormick and Steve “Swiff D” Thornton II – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

The follow-up to 2018’s “K.T.S.E.” features additional productions and songwriting contributions from Kanye West, Boogz Da Beast, Nija Charles, Johan Lennox, Bizness Boi, Nova Wav, Mike Dean, Seven Aurelius, Tune Da Rula, Louis Gold, Hitmaka, and Ayo & Keyz.

American singer, songwriter, and record producer John Legend has revealed the artwork and tracklisting for his upcoming album, “Bigger Love,” which will arrive on 19 June 2020 via Columbia Records.

Current promotional single “Bigger Love” – which was collectively produced by Legend alongside Ryan Tedder, Zach Skelton, Di Genius, and Cautious Clay – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

The follow-up to 2018’s “A Legendary Christmas” reportedly features additional contributions from Jeff Gitty, Anderson Paak, Cutfather, Max Wolfgang, Nasri Atweh, Mr. Hudson, Scott Storch, Darhyl “DJ” Camper, Raphael Saadiq, Stacy Barthe, Trey Campbell, Livvi Franc, and Dewain Whitmore Jr.

Kelis teams up with Disclosure for new song “Watch Your Step”

American singer/songwriter Kelis has teamed up with Disclosure on a new song entitled “Watch Your Step,” which is slotted for inclusion on the British production duo’s upcoming third studio album, “Energy.”

Scheduled to arrive on August 28 via Island Records UK, “Energy” features additional guest appearances from Kehlani (“Birthday”), Common (“Riverie”), Amine (“My High”),  Channel Tres (“Lavender”), Mick Jenkins (“Who Knew”), Blik Bassy (“Ce N’est Pas”) and Fatoumata Diawara (“Douha”).

Disclosure’s last studio album, 2015’s “Caracal,” topped the UK Albums Chart and peaked to number nine on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also spawned singles including “Omen” (featuring Sam Smith), “Holding On” (featuring Gregory Portman) and “Magnets” (featuring Lorde).

Meanwhile, Kelis’s next project – which is expected to arrive later this year – reportedly boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Uzoechi “MNEK” Emenike, Daniel “Grades” Traynor, Rowan “Loxe” Perkinson, and Dayo “Dyo” Olatunji.

British singer/songwriter Tamera Foster, known mononymously as Tamera, has delivered her new single online.

“Flipside” – which was written by Tamera alongside Oscar Scheller and Future Cut (aka Darren Lewis and Tunde Babalola) – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Tamera’s upcoming debut project – featuring previous singles “Romeo” (produced by Parker Ighile) and “Don’t Phone” (produced by Aston Rudi) – is expected to arrive later this year via Moonshyne Music Limited.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts additional contributions from The Fanatix, Jin Jin, Marlon Roudette, Josh Crocker, Fred Cox, Jay Mooncie, Nadine Samuels, Maths Time Joy, Loxe, Dayyon Alexander, and Eyelar Mirzazadeh.

The American singer, songwriter, and record producer (born John Roger Stephens) christened his seventh studio collection “Bigger Love” and will release it on 19 June 2020 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

“Sex Faces” – which was co-written and co-produced by regular collaborator Harry James – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Kiara’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous singles “Set Me Up” (produced by Tyrell “169” Paul) and “Tornado” (produced by Harry James) – is expected to arrive later this year via Greater Heights Entertainment.

As a songwriter, Kiara is known co-writing Mabel’s “Roses,” “One Shot” and another four songs on the debut album ‘High Expectations’ – “Not Saying,” “FML,” “Stckhlm Syndrome” and “We Don’t Say.”

Ella Eyre has released her new single online.

“L.O.V.E.” – which was written by Eyre alongside Fransisca Hall and Jesse Shatkin – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “L.O.V.E.” were collectively handled by Shatkin alongside Yannick Rastogi and Zacharie Raymond of Banx & Ranx, who previously teamed up with Eyre on singles “Answerphone” and “Mama.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Eyre’s upcoming sophomore studio album – featuring previous singles “Mama” and “New Me” – is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records UK.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Feline” reportedly boasts additional contributions from Supa Dups, Di Genius, Linnea Sodahl, Jay Weathers, MNEK, Tre Jean-Marie, Chiara Hunter, Laconic, Andrew Wells, Natalie Dunn, DannyBoyStyles, Hitimpulse, Invisible Men, and Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett.
