Will Heard hits the studio with Laura Dockrill

Will Heard has written new music with Laura Dockrill.

The British performance poet, short story author, and songwriter has previously penned songs for Anne-Marie (“Karate”), MNEK (“More than a Miracle”), Elli Ingram (“Table for Two”), Javeon (“Give Up”), Dua Lipa (“Blame”), Dornik (“Drive”), Jessie Ware (“Small Talk”) and Courage (“Wild at Heart”).

Dockrill’s resume boasts additional works with producers including Future Cut, Jacob Attwooll, Andrew “Pop” Wansel, LOSTBOY, Josh Record, Ronald “Flip” Colson, Julio Bashmore, Two Inch Punch, Bradford Ellis, William “Tourist” Phillips, Felix Joseph, and Jameel “J. Proof” Roberts.

Meanwhile, Will Heard is expected to release his next project later this year via UK-based label Black Butter Records.

His current mini-collection “Trust” – featuring the Al Shux-produced “I Better Love You” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

H Block INK premiere music video for new single “Numbers Game”

H Block INK have premiered the music video for their new single online.

The songwriting and production collective posted the Matthew K. Firpo-directed clip for “Numbers Game” – featuring guest vocals from Mali-Koa and Karl Michael – to their Vevo channel on Thursday (April 06, 2017).

The track – now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets – was co-written by Egyptian/Irish singer-songwriter Farrah “Nefera” Guenena alongside Alastair O’Donnell and Lee “LPW” Williams.

Production duties on “Numbers Game” were collectively handled by Linus “Goldfingers” Nordstrom (John Newman, Liza Owen) and Tobi “ShyBoy” Oladigbolu (Wretch 32, J Hus), with additional assistance from Amish “ADP” Patel (Ella Eyre, Arlene Zelina).

H Block INK’s upcoming debut project is expected to arrive later this year via London-based label Black Butter Records.

Chloe Leone releases debut mini-collection “Domesticated”

Chloe Leone has released her debut EP online.

“Domesticated” – featuring 6 tracks including “Twenty” and “Gin” – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Moreover, the British singer-songwriter is currently recording new material for her upcoming debut album under Black Butter Records.

For the still-untitled project, Leone has reportedly teamed up with Tom Aspaul (AlunaGeorge), Becky Hill (Little Mix), Thomas Jules (Rudimental), Aston Rudi (Elli Ingram) and Tre Jean-Marie (Craig David).

Mark Ralph hints at new collaboration with Gorgon City

Mark Ralph has hinted at a new collaboration with Gorgon City.

“Been working hard all day with @GorgonCity and guess what? It’s time for refreshing Nandos in Kensal Rise!” the UK record producer tweeted.

Ralph recently co-produced and co-wrote “I’m in Control” for AlunaGeorge along with Sam Romans and group members Aluna Francis and George Reid. The track is now available for download via Island Records.

His other credits include Lion Babe’s “Where Do We Go” [Polydor], Foxes’ “Wicked Love” [Epic], Blonde’s “Feel Good” [Parlophone], Clean Bandit’s “Extraordinary” [Atlantic], and Years & Years’ “Shine” [Interscope].

Meanwhile, Gorgon City are expected to release their sophomore studio collection – featuring the Sam Romans-assisted “Saving My Life” – later this year through Black Butter Records and Virgin EMI Records.

The British garage duo – consisting of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott – released their debut album “Sirens” in 2014 and it peaked to number ten on the UK Albums Chart.

That collection also delivered guest appearances from MNEK (“Ready for Your Love”), Anne-Marie (“Try Me Out”), Zak Abel (“Unmissable”), Katy B (“Lover Like You”), Tish Hyman (“5 Am”), and Jennifer Hudson (“Go All Night”).

Gorgon City have premiered the music video for their new single online.

The British garage duo – composed of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott – posted the visual clip for “Saving My Life” to their Vevo channel on Monday (August 17, 2015).

“Saving My Life” features vocals from ROMANS, whose songwriting credits include Melissa Steel’s “You Love Me?” [Atlantic Records], Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt” [Capitol Records] and Naughty Boy’s “Home” [Virgin EMI Records].

Furthermore, the first part of ROMANS’ debut album “Overthinking” – featuring lead single “Uh Huh” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Roc Nation and Virgin EMI Records.

Gorgon City, meanwhile, are expected to release their second studio collection later this year through Blackground Records and Virgin EMI Records.

Gorgon City have announced the title of their new single.

The British garage duo – composed of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott – christened “Saving My Life” as the first promotional cut from their upcoming sophomore album.

“Saving My Life” was co-written by ROMANS, whose recent credits include Melissa Steel’s “You Love Me?” [Atlantic Records], Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt” [Capitol Records] and Naughty Boy’s “Home” [Virgin EMI Records].

Rudimental debut new single “Never Let You Go”

Rudimental have debuted their new single online.

The British drum and bass band – consisting of members Amir Amor, Piers Agget, Kesi Dryden and DJ Locksmith – posted the official audio clip for “Never Let You Go” to their YouTube channel on Monday (April 27, 2015).

“Never Let You Go” is lifted from the group’s sophomore album, which is scheduled to hit stores later this year under Black Butter Records in partnership with Asylum Records (UK) and Big Beat Records (US).

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2013’s “Home,” which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and spawned hit singles including “Not Giving In,” “Feel the Love,” “Waiting All Night” and “Powerless.”

That collection also featured guest appearances from Emeli Sande [Capitol Records], Foxes [RCA Records], Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI Records], Becky Hill [Parlophone Records] and Sinead Harnett [Virgin EMI Records].

As for the keenly-awaited new album, Rudimental have reportedly enlisted the likes of Sam Dew [RCA Records], MNEK [Virgin EMI Records], Lianne La Havas [Warner Bros Records] and John Newman [Island Records].

Gorgon City have released their new single online.

“Go All Night” – featuring Jennifer Hudson – is now available for download via iTunes (UK) in partnership with Black Butter Records and Virgin EMI Records.

The track – which was co-written by Canadian singer/songwriter Kiesza – follows previous promotional cuts “Ready for Your Love (featuring MNEK),” “Here for You (featuring Laura Welsh)” and “Unmissable (featuring Zak Abel).”

Gorgon City’s debut album “Sirens” boasts further collaborations with Jonny Coffer (Tinie Tempah, James Arthur), Emeli Sande (Rihanna, Katy Perry), Jimmy Napes (Jessie Ware, Mary J. Blige) and Mojam (Sam Smith, Leona Lewis).

The production duo – consisting of Kye Gibbon and Matthew Robson-Scott – also teamed up with Hudson on “I Still Love You.” The Andrea Martin–assisted track appears on Hudson’s latest album, “JHUD,” out now via RCA Records.

Gorgon City have premiered the music video for their new single online.

The British electronic music duo posted the visual clip for “Go All Night” to their official Vevo page on Thursday (November 06, 2014).

“Go All Night” – which features vocals from R&B songstress Jennifer Hudson – was written by group members Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott along with Canadian singer/songwriter Kiesza.

The track is lifted from Gorgon City’s debut album, “Sirens,” now available for download via Black Butter Records and Virgin EMI Records.

In addition to Hudson, “Sirens” boasts further guest appearances from MNEK [Virgin EMI Records], Laura Welsh [Polydor Records], Maverick Sabre [Island Records] and Katy B [Columbia Records].
