Stacy Barthe has teamed up with Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis for a new collaboration.

The American record producer is known for helming Whitney Houston’s “My Love is Your Love,” Sharkira’s “Hips Don’t Lie,” Estelle’s “No Substitute Love,” Mary J. Blige’s “Don’t Mind,” Ashanti’s “The Woman You Love,” Keyshia Cole’s “Wonderland,” Miguel’s “Do You,” and Keri Hilson’s “All the Boys.”

Barthe’s debut studio album “Becoming” – featuring productions from Malay, Benny Cassette, and Darhyl “DJ” Camper – was released in 2015 via John Legend’s Homeschool Records in partnership with Motown Records.

Her songwriting resume boasts works with Beyonce (“Brown Skin Girl”), Rihanna (“Cheers”), Alicia Keys (“Limitedless”), Teyana Taylor (“Outta My League”), Marsha Ambrosius (“So Good”), Bridget Kelly (“Carry My Cross”), Melanie Fiona (“Like I Love You”) and Elle Varner (“Kinda Love”).

British singer/songwriter Estelle Fanta Swaray, known mononymously as Estelle, has delivered her fifth studio collection online.

“Lovers Rock” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2015’s “True Romance” boasts guest appearances from Luke James (“So Easy”), Maleek Berry (“Meet Up”), Konshens (“Really Want”), Alicia Harley (“Slow Down”), Chronixx (“Queen”), Tarrus Riley (Love Like Ours”), Kranium (“Don’t Wanna”) and HoodCelebrityy (“Karma”).

Current promotional single “Come Through And Chill” – featuring J. Cole & Salaam Remi – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Melanie Fiona has liberated her new promotional single online.

“Remember U” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by regular collaborator Andrea Martin, whose extensive resume boasts additional works with Toni Braxton (“I Love Me Some Him”), Monica (“Before You Walk Out of My Life”), Tracie Spencer (“Still in My Heart”), Leona Lewis (“Better in Time”) and En Vogue (“Don’t Let Go”).

Production duties on “Remember U” were handled by Jack Splash, who is also responsible for CeeLo Green’s “Fool for You,” K. Michelle’s “Sometimes,” John Legend’s “P.D.A.,” Alicia Keys’ “Teenage Love Affair,” Jennifer Hudson’s “All Dressed in Love,” Keyshia Cole’s “I Choose You,” and Solange’s “T.O.N.Y.”

Fiona’s upcoming third album “Next Train” is expected to arrive later this year via Title 9 Productions in partnership with BMG Rights Management and Primary Wave Records.

The follow-up to 2012’s “The MF Life” reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Sebastian Kole (Brandy), Audra Mae (Kelly Clarkson), Lil Eddie (Rita Ora) and Carmen Reece (Tamar Braxton).

On the production front, Fiona has worked with Andre Harris (Claudette Ortiz), Jerry Duplessis (Mary J. Blige), Jesse Shatkin (Rihanna), Gary Go (Harry Styles), Chris DeStefano (Kylie Minogue) and Jayson DeZuzio (Dua Lipa).

Emeli Sande has hinted at a new collaboration with Wyclef Jean.

“WYCLEF HERO JEAN,” the Scottish singer-songwriter posted to her Instagram account on Wednesday (February 17, 2016).

Along with regular collaborator Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis, Jean co-wrote and produced songs for Whitney Houston (“My Love is Your Love”), Shakira (“Hips Don’t Lie”), Estelle (“Thank You”), and Samantha Jade (“Step Up”).

His extensive resume includes further works with Carlos Santana (“Maria Maria”), T.I. (“You Know What It Is”), R. Kelly (“Ghetto Religion”), Mya (“Pussycats”), Cris Cab (“Ticket”) and Major Lazer (“Reach for the Stars”).

Meanwhile, Sande will release the follow-up to 2012’s “Our Version of Events” later this year through Capitol Records (US) and Virgin EMI Records (UK).

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts contributions from Mac & Phil, Jonny Coffer, Rodney Jerkins, Mojam, Supa Dups, Di-Genius, TMS, Chris Loco, Wayne Hector, Jim Eliot, Syience, and Mike Spencer.

As a songwriter, Sande recently co-penned cuts for Jess Glynne (“Saddest Vanilla”), Antonique Smith (“All We Really Have is Now”), Mary J. Blige (“Whole Damn Year”), The Veronicas (“Always”), and Gorgon City (“Imagination”).

In addition to launching her own management company, “Jupiter Management,” in partnership with Roc Nation, she also contributed to the next projects by Alicia Keys [RCA], Raye [Polydor Records], and Naughty Boy [Virgin EMI].

Emeli Sande has recorded new material with Supa Dups and Di Genius.

“In the studio with @SupaDups & @EmeliSande” Di Genius posted to his Twitter profile on Tuesday (September 01, 2015).

The Jamaican record producer and songwriter – born Stephen McGregor – is known for his works with Lianne La Havas (“Midnight”), Nelly Furtado (“Don’t Leave Me”) and Katy B (“Little Red Light”) and Mali Music (“One”).

Meanwhile, Supa Dups’ songwriting and production resume includes works for Melanie Fiona (“Like I Love You”), Bruno Mars (“Liquor Store Blues”), Estelle (“Come Over”) and Cover Drive (“Can’t Live in a World”).

Collectively, Supa Dups and Di Genius have contributed to the next projects by Pia Mia [Interscope Records], Krishane [Atlantic Records], Cris Cab [Island Records], Tanika [Virgin EMI Records] and Melissa Steel [Atlantic Records].

Sande, on the other hand, is scheduled to release her second studio collection later this year through Capitol Records (US) and Virgin EMI Records (UK).

The highly-anticipated project reportedly boasts further contributions from Naughty Boy, Mojam, Rodney Jerkins, Chris Loco, Syience, Jim Eliot, TMS, Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis, Mac & Phil, and Jonathan “Jonny” Coffer.

Melanie Fiona confirms new single “Bite the Bullet”

Melanie Fiona has confirmed the title for her new single.

The Canadian singer/songwriter christened “Bite the Bullet” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming third studio album.

“Bite the Bullet” will be available for download from May 12 via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Fiona last appearance was in the shape of the track “Where it Counts,” taken from the compilation album “BET Presents Music Matters, Vol. 1.” Fiona wrote “Where it Counts” along with Tiffany Fred (Tamar Braxton, Keri Hilson) and Salaam Remi (Jazmine Sullivan, Mack Wilds).

Furthermore, Fiona co-wrote “Lovers in the Parking Lot” for Solange Knowles along with Devonte “Blood Orange” Hynes. The track is lifted from Solange’s mini-album “True,” out now via Terrible Records.

As for the new album, Fiona has reportedly collaborated with Jerry Duplessis (Miguel, Jennifer Hudson), Andrea Martin (Fergie, Toni Braxton), Jack Splash (Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx), Andre Harris (Ciara, Mariah Carey), Carlos McKinney (Usher, Kelly Rowland) and Alan Nglish (Taio Cruz, CeeLo Green).

Fiona’s last studio album, 2012’s “The MF Life,” peaked to number 7 on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned hit singles including “Gone and Never Coming Back,” “This Time,” “4 AM” and “Wrong Side of a Love Song.”

Melissa Steel has recruited Knox Brown for her upcoming debut album.

Brown is known for producing and co-writing “Whole Damn Year” for Mary J. Blige along with Emeli Sande. The track appears on Blige’s latest album, “The London Sessions,” now available for download via iTunes.

His songwriting and production resume includes additional works for Jess Glynne [Atlantic Records], Sinead Harnett [Virgin EMI], Joel Compass [Polydor], Aloe Blacc [Interscope] and Beyonce [Columbia].

Meanwhile, Steel’s first studio collection is expected to hit stores and digital outlets later this year under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Lead single “Kisses for Breakfast” was co-written by Lea-Anna Gallimore and produced by Derryck “Wundah” Cyrus. Commercial performance-wise, the track peaked to number ten on the UK Singles Chart.

Other musicians backing Steel on her debut album are Bless Beats, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, MNEK, Tre Jean-Marie, Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis, Carmen Reece, Harmony Samuels, Jessica Agombar, and Chris Loco.

Emeli Sande has reunited with TMS for her upcoming sophomore album.

“Studio with @TMSLDN today! Album sounding sweet … I’m so excited to share these dreams, stories and adventures with you!” the Scottish singer/songwriter posted to her Twitter account on Tuesday (April 21, 2015).

TMS – consisting of members Peter “Merf” Kelleher, Benjamin Kohn and Thomas “Froe” Barnes – previously co-wrote “Read All About (Pt. III)” for Sande. The track peaked to number three on the UK Singles Chart.

The songwriting and production team are also responsible for Sinead Harnett’s “She Ain’t Me” [Virgin EMI Records], Madison Beer’s “Melodies” [Island Records] and Sigma’s “Higher” f/ Labrinth [3 Beat Records].

Meanwhile, Sande’s sophomore album is scheduled to hit stores and digital outlets later this year under Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

The follow-up to 2012’s “Our Version of Events” yields additional alliances with Naughty Boy, Chris Loco, Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis, Rodney Jerkins, Jim Eliot, Mojam, Jonny Coffer and Reginald “Syience” Perry.
