Chelcee Grimes hits the studio with Lindy Robbins, Future Cut

British singer/songwriter Chelcee Grimes has teamed up with Lindy Robbins and Future Cut for a new collaboration.

Recent songwriting credits by Robbins include DJ Snake’s “A Different Way,” Sam Fisher’s “This City,” Jennifer Hudson’s “Burden Down,” Dua Lipa’s “No Goodbyes,” Paloma Faith’s “Crybaby,” and Rachel Platten’s “Collide.”

Composed of Darren Lewis and Tunde Babalola, Future Cut’s production resume boasts works with Maxine Ashley (“Happy”), Lilly Ahlberg (“Bad Boys”), Whinnie Williams (“What About Me”), Matt Terry (“Heartless”), Bakar (“Small Town Girl”), Alex Adair (“Casual”) and Matt Wills (“Marry You”).

Grimes, on the other hand, is scheduled to release her upcoming debut project later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Label Group UK.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further contributions from RedOne, Negin Djafari, Knightstarr, Phil Cook, Jonas Blue, Sam Romans, Fiona Bevan, Wayne Wilkins, Shelly Peiken, Ed Drewett, Richard “Biff” Stannard, Ash Howes, Kara DioGuardi, Jamie Hartman, Stuart Crichton, and Cutfather.

Stanaj teams up with Afrojack for new promotional single “Bed of Roses”

American singer/songwriter Stanaj has teamed up with Dutch DJ/record producer Afrojack (born Nick van de Wall) for his new promotional single “Bed of Roses,” out on February 14 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Stanaj and fellow recording artist Molly Kate Kestner alongside Thomas Troelsen (Charlie Puth, Jason Derulo) and Giorgio Tuinfort (David Guetta, Gwen Stefani).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Stanaj’s upcoming project – featuring the Simon Wilcox-assisted / Nadir “RedOne” Khayat-produced “The Way I Love Her” – is expected to arrive later this year via Republic Records.

RedOne’s credits include Lady GaGa’s “Alejandro,” Jennifer Lopez’s “On the Floor,” Enrique Iglesias’ “I Like It,” Nicki Minaj’s “Starships,” Nicole Scherzinger’s “Poison,” Kelly Rowland’s “Down 4 Whatever,” Stanaj’s “The Way I Love Her,” Roya’s “Lie,” and Skyler Stecker’s “Bring Me to Life.”

His extensive resume boasts additional works with fellow songwriters Cathy Dennis, Evan “Kidd” Bogart, Simon Wilcox, Justin Tranter, Andrea Martin, Sean Douglas, Frankie Storm, Wayne Hector, Makeba Riddick, Talay Riley, Ester Dean, Bilal Hajji, Angela Hunte, Prince Charlez, and Sia Furler.

Stanaj has worked with fellow recording artist Mike Posner for his upcoming debut album.

The Grammy nominated American singer-songwriter, poet, and record producer (born Michael Robert Henrion Posner) recently helmed Nick Jonas’ “Remember I Told You,” now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Other notable songwriting and production credits by Posner include Maroon 5’s “Sugar,” Labrinth’s “Beneath Your Beautiful,” Justin Bieber’s “Girlfriend,” Olly Murs’ “Nothing Without You,” and Cher Lloyd’s “Just Be Mine.”

The American rapper, producer and songwriter is widely known as a Trapstep DJ and as one of the producers of Tinashe’s platinum single “2 On”.

His other credits include Justine Skye’s “Anticipation” [Atlantic Records], Colette Carr’s “Can’t Touch This” [Interscope Records] and Omarion’s “Lit” [Maybach Music Group].

La Rose, on the other hand, is expected to release her first studio collection in 2017 via International Music Group and Republic Records.
