American rapper, songwriter, songwriter, and record producer Amalaratna Dlamini, known professionally as Doja Cat, has unleashed her sophomore album under Kemosabe Records / RCA Records.

“Hot Pink” – featuring singles “Juicy,” “Bottom Bitch” and “Rules” – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

The follow-up to 2018’s “Amala” boasts contributions from Yeti Beats, Tyson Trax, Dr. Luke, Kool Kojak, Theron Thomas, Salaam Remi, Ben Billions, Kurtis McKenzie, P2J, Ari PenSmith, Blaq Tuxedo, and Troy NōKA.

Tamia reveals release date, tracklisting for new album “Passion Like Fire”

Tamia has revealed the release date and tracklisting for her new album.

The Canadian singer/songwriter will release her seventh collection “Passion Like Fire” on September 7 via Plus 1 / 21 Entertainment / eOne Music.

Current single “Deeper” – which was co-written by Lundon Knighten and produced by Julio Reyes Copello – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Love Life” boasts further productions and songwriting contributions from Salaam Remi, Alicia Renee, Shep Crawford, Jeremiah Bethea, Lil’ Ronnie, Daniel Bryant, and Rafael Ishman.

Jessie Reyez drafts Babyface, The Rascals for new single “Body Count”

Canadian singer/songwriter Jessica Reyes, known professionally as Jessie Reyez, has released her new promotional single online.

“Body Count” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was produced by Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds alongside Khristopher Riddick-Tynes and Leon Thomas of The Rascals, who are also responsible for Zendaya’s “Something New,” Ariana Grande’s “Baby I,” Samantha Jade’s “Shake That,” Jessica Mauboy’s “Can I Get a Moment?,” Ravaughn’s “Best Friend,” Deborah Cox’s “Kinda Miss You,” and Foxes’ “Scar.”

Reyez’s upcoming debut album – featuring further contributions from Jahaan Sweet, Boi-1da, Tobias Jesso Jr., Happy Perez, Fred Ball, Two Inch Punch, Chris Braide, Salaam Remi, Hazebanga, Fredro, Chris Loco, Jason Evigan, and Poo Bear – is scheduled to arrive later this year via FMLY / Polydor Records.

Reyez also co-wrote “One Kiss” for Scottish record producer and DJ Calvin Harris. The Dua Lipa-featuring track topped the UK Singles Chart and peaked to number two on the US Billboard Hot Dance / Electronic Songs Chart.

Tamia reunites with Alicia Renee, Salaam Remi for new single “Leave it Smokin'”

Canadian singer/songwriter Tamia has unleashed her new single online.

“Leave it Smokin'” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Alicia Renee, who previously teamed up with Tamia on “Love Life” cuts “Chase Lounge” (produced by Lil Ronnie and Brandon “BAM” Alexander”), “Sandwich and a Soda” and “Love Falls Over Me” (produced by Warren “Oak” Felder and Andrew “Pop” Wansel).

Production duties on “Leave it Smokin'” were handled by legendary musician Salaam Remi, who is also responsible for the Claude Kelly-penned “Beautiful Surprise,” taken from Tamia’s 2012 album of the same name.

Tamia’s upcoming seventh studio collection – featuring further contributions from Shep Crawford and Sheri Hauck – is scheduled to arrive later this year via Plus One Music Group in partnership with eOne Canada.

Jessie Reyez teams up with Lewis Capaldi for new single “Rush”

Canadian singer/songwriter Jessie Reyez has teamed with fellow recording artist Lewis Capaldi for his new promotional single “Rush,” which is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Rush” were handled by James “Malay” Ho, whose resume boasts additional works with Sam Smith (“Midnight Train”), Frank Ocean (“Nikes”), Zayn Malik (“It’s You”), Alessia Cara (“Wild Things”), Tori Kelly (“Talk”), Alicia Keys (“One Thing”) and John Legend (“Green Light”).

Colombian-Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez has teamed up with American record producer Happy Perez for a new collaboration.

Perez recently produced “Skywalker” for R&B recording artist Miguel, taken from his latest album under ByStorm Entertainment / RCA Records, “War & Leisure.” The Travis Scott-featuring track peaked to number thirty one on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Perez’s resume boasts additional works with Jessie Ware (“Selfish Love”), Camila Cabello (“Crying in the Club”), Machine Gun Kelly (“At My Best”), Halsey (“Now or Never”), K. Michelle (“Pay My Bills”), Mariah Carey (“Beautiful”), Frank Ocean (“We All Try”) and Daley (“Love Somebody”).

Meanwhile, Reyez is expected to release her first studio collection – featuring promotional singles “Cotton Candy” and “Phone Calls” – later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Colombian-Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez has enlisted the production services of Fred Ball for her upcoming debut album.

The Roc Nation signee recently produced and co-wrote “Heaven” for American recording artist Justine Skye alongside Charles “Prince Charlez” Hinshaw Jr. The track appears on Skye’s forthcoming debut album, “Ultraviolet,” out on January 19 via Universal Music Group / Roc Nation Records.

Ball’s resume boasts additional works with Rihanna (“Love on the Brain”), Toni Braxton (“Deadwood”), Jessie Ware (“Slow Me Down”), Zara Larsson (“One Mississippi”), Madison Beer (“Say it to My Face”), Astrid S (“Does She Know”), Nina Nesbitt (“Take You to Heaven”) and All Saints (“Summer Rain”).
